General Terms
All prices listed in my commissions page are base prices. Depending on the complexity, these prices may increase. In special cases, these may also decrease, such as if the request is simpler than usual.
Any requests that cannot be taken at the time of request may be put on a waitlist instead. Please let me know whether you'd be willing to be put on a waitlist!
The final outputs of all commissions will, by default, be sent to the client in their highest quality (in RGB color, 300 ppi, PNG format, dimensions depending on request). Additional versions may be requested.
Finished commissioned artwork will be sent to the client in a Google Drive folder unless otherwise agreed. These folders may be deleted in the future to conserve drive space.

If you're unsure about anything that is or isn't on the list above, please ask me! I may approve or disapprove of certain requests despite this list.
I, the artist,
Reserve all rights to my commissioned work unless otherwise agreed.
May use my commissioned work in portfolios and social media.
May profit off commissions through advertising, merchandise, or other means.
May change the prices, terms, and other information listed in this website at any given point. (Changes will not affect accepted and ongoing commissions.)
May reject requests I do not feel comfortable working on.
May reject requests or terminate agreements if the client appears rude, disrespectful, or exhibits ill behavior.
Assure that commissioned work is original and created by the artist alone.
May use copyright-free or free-to-use assets and tools (such as textures, brushes, etc.) in commissioned work and will provide credit if needed.
Will not use unfaithful methods (such as stealing, copying, or tracing other artists' work or using generative AI) to create commissioned work.
Will not begin working on a commission without the appropriate payment (see process for more information).
You, the client,
Will provide clear references and relevant images/information needed for the commission.
May request to pay the full price upfront or 50% upon approval of the request and 50% upon approval of the sketch.
Must not send money before the artist's proposal and request for payment. Doing so is non-refundable and will be considered a tip or donation.
May utilize your commission for personal use (profile picture, icon, banner, wallpaper, personal print, etc.).
May post your commission on social media or other websites with credit and/or link(s) to my artist profile. (Please see my contact page for these links.)
Will not claim your commission as your own creation.
Will not remove or crop out my watermark/signature.

Will not edit, trace, or otherwise modify your commission without permission.
Will not use your commission for any purpose outside of what is agreed upon with me.
Will not use my art for non-fungible tokens (NFTs), blockchain, machine learning (ML), artificial intelligence (AI) training, or anything of the like.
Communication
Please communicate with me in English only.
We may communicate over either Twitter, Instagram, Discord, Messenger, or Email -- whichever works best for you.
You may choose to request for progress after each phase, only after the sketch, or none at all.
You may also request for updates at any point during the commission process.
Timeline
My working days are every Monday to Friday, with exceptions for holidays. I may not always be available to update or send replies on weekends.
I will typically reply to requests within 1-7 working days.
Commissions may be completed within 1-4 months after the initial payment, depending on the commission queue, my personal schedule, and the complexity of the request.
Requests are not accepted on a first-come-first-serve basis. I may personally choose to work on commissions according to what fits my preferences and schedule best.
Requests that I am willing to accept but cannot take at the moment will be put on a waitlist. Clients will be informed when their requests are ready to be accepted.
Urgent requests -- those with a deadline within 1 month from the initial request -- incur a minimum fee of +30% of the full price if accepted.
Commissions may also be delayed if the client does not respond to updates. If the client does not respond for over one month, the commission may be cancelled or terminated.
Revisions
Although revisions are allowed, they may incur extra fees depending on the complexity of the requested revision.
Minor revisions -- adjustments during the rough sketch phase, minor tweaks in later phases, and minor color adjustments -- are free of charge.
Major revisions -- big adjustments such as changes in clothes, props, or the overall sketch -- have fees that depend on complexity.
Revisions that change the composition, pose, style, or anything I generally deem too major will not be accepted.
I will personally decide how much each revision costs. You may accept or deny these proposals accordingly.
If revisions are requested due to a mistake on my part (such as missing elements, features, or accessories clearly shown in the provided references), they will be free of charge.
Payments for revisions must be paid before the final output is submitted.
Commercial Use
All prices listed are for personal commissions. Commercial commissions have additional fees on top of the original price, depending on its use.
A commission is considered commercial if the client may potentially profit from the artwork in any way.
If the commission is for content creation: Additional fee of at least +50% (1.5x the base price). This applies to but is not limited to thumbnails, banners, social media headers, art used for Twitch/YouTube, etc.
If the commission is not the main focus: Additional fee of at least +100% (2x the base price). This applies to but is not limited to in-book illustrations (not cover), supporting illustrations, background/secondary characters or elements, etc.
If the commission is the main focus or is the main factor that reels in viewers: Additional fee of at least +200% (3x the base price). This applies to but is not limited to merchandise (prints, keychains, stickers, etc.), album/book/cover art, product packaging, promotional artwork, primary illustrations for characters, etc.
The above rates may change on a case-to-case basis.
Private Commissions
Private commissions, by default, will have an additional +30% fee on top of the full price.
I will not post private commissions online or on any social media platform unless the client states that I may do so after a certain date. Otherwise, it will be kept completely confidential.
I will also allow myself to sign non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) if needed. I will not charge additional fees for signing NDAs, given that the private commission fee is included.
Any potential legal fees incurred due to reviewing, modifying, or consulting for the NDAs must be fully covered by the client.
Refunds & Termination
Both the artist and the client reserve the rights to terminate the agremeent at any point during the process. Should this happen, any possible refunds will be warranted or may be requested based on the table below:
Payment & Drawing Status | Refund |
---|---|
No agreement made | - |
Paid; no sketch made | Full refund |
Sketch begun | 70% of full price |
Clean lines begun | 50% of full price |
Flat colors begun | 30% of full price |
Rough lighting/shading begun | 20% of full price |
Final render begun | No refund |
Commission completed | No refund |
Commissioning me indicates that you agree to all the above terms, prices, processes, and relevant information listed in this commission website.

Any other information you'd like to add
When sending references, you can send me images, drive folders, documents, presentations, or even Pinterest boards (mood boards). The more references you send, the better idea I'll have of your request!
Otherwise, if you want to keep things simple, send me a message with a description of your request! I'll just ask about anything else that might be needed.
After sending a request, I'll get back to you within 1-7 working days. If I do not respond within this period, please send me a quick message through any of my available contact methods. Thank you for your support!
Step-by-Step Process
Step 1: Request
First and foremost, make a request! Head over to the how-to-order page to learn how to submit a request. Please give me 1-7 working days to reply to your request!
Step 2: Approval of request, proposal & payment
If I accept your request, we'll discuss the pricing, how long it'll take, and further details. Once both sides come to an agreement, I'll ask you to pay half (50%) of the agreed price (unless you agree to pay full upfront) to seal the deal.
Step 3: Rough sketch & ideation
After the initial price is paid, I'll work on the sketch for your commission. During this stage, upon seeing my sketch, please let me know of any changes as revisions in future phases may be difficult and costly. More than one sketch may be sent for approval.
(Please see my prices for details regarding pricing for revisions.)
Step 4: Approval of sketch & payment
Upon approval of the sketch, you may pay the other half (50%) of the full price, unless you agreed to pay full upfront, in which case no payment is needed.
By the end of this stage, you should have paid the full initially agreed price, giving me the go-signal to work on the rest of the illustration.
Step 5: Drawing
After the full initially agreed price is paid, I'll go through my drawing process and send updates after each phase. Each phase past the sketch is as listed below:
Clean sketch / line art
Flat / base colors
Rough shading & lighting
Final render
If you prefer to see only the sketch before the final output, I won't send updates during these phases. Please include how often you'd like to see updates when sending your request.
Step 6: Watermarked preview & additional payments
Once finished with the illustration, I'll send you a watermarked preview for approval. Any potential changes must be minimal. Any additional costs must be settled during this stage.
If there are no changes to the initially agreed price and you're satisfied with the illustration, then we're almost done!
Step 7: Sending of final product(s)
Finally, I'll send you the final product in full quality and whatever format(s) you need it to be in. I'll give these to you in a Google Drive folder unless otherwise agreed.
This marks the end of the commission process! By the end of this step, I'd have been paid and you'd have been sent all necessary files. For any feedback, you may always send a message to any of my available messaging platforms, and for tips, my Ko-fi and PayPal are always open!
Payment Methods
PayPal
My primary payment method is PayPal. For most cases, I'll be sending PayPal invoices to clients whenever payment is needed. For tips outside of these invoices, you may also send them through paypal.me.
Ko-fi
I generally keep Ko-fi as my tip jar besides being a gallery to showcase my work. This can also be used as another payment method for commissions. Otherwise, feel free to drop your tips or look through my work here!
GCash (local clients only)
For those who reside in the Philippines, GCash is another available option. If you'd like to use this option, let me know in your request and I'll send my details accordingly!
